Shipping Policy

At Thunder Box, we work hard to prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

After processing, estimated shipping times are typically between 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location.

In total, orders usually arrive within 6 to 13 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by supplier processing times, shipping carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Important — Christmas deadline: To receive your order before December 25th, please place your order before December 10th. We cannot guarantee Christmas delivery for orders placed after this date.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email within 24 hours.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Thunder Box is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
